The Zoo

Today Ella and I went to the Seneca Park Zoo. We have not had alot of time lately to do too many things together, so this trip was much overdue. Ella was extremely excited about seeing the new Meerkat display, which I am sure will make her Uncle Brian quite proud. I was also very surprised at how improved our local Zoo is. It is actually really nice and they are even adding a few more displays. Some of the hits from the day where, The Owl, The Meerkats (of course), the Rhino, The Elephants, The Turtles and Geese in the pond....and a lone chipmunk running roughshot over the sidewalk.....that is until Ella came along. All in all it was a great day and we even scored a cool looking Meerkat stuffed animal and a Nemo T-shirt....Woot!
