Ella Get's her "Mullet" Chopped!

Ok everyone, Ella was starting to get the beginnings of a Mullet. In an effort to not damage her for life, we decided to take her to get her hair cut. Megan's hairdresser Nikki was nice enough to let us bring Ella down to have her baby Mullet destroyed! We are happy to report that no one was injured and the Mullet was handled by the proper "authorities". Thanks to Nikki for helping us with this dire situation!
The New Roof!

Thanks to the hard work of Guy Mulee and Matthew Keller, The Keller house has been re-roofed. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I would really like to thank Guy for not only helping us do the roof, but actually showing me how to roof. I have helped out before on alot of projects before, but I was usually the person carrying the shingles up onto the roof. So it was nice to catch all the little in between stuff and actually have the knowledge and understanding of what needs to be done and where. I am pretty confident that with some good help I could complete the same project again with what I have learned from this last weekend. Guy and I actually did 2 roofs over the last 3 days, we started on Sunday at his sister house which was slighty larger than our house, that project was finished Sunday with some additional help.

We started work at 6 a.m on our roof and had the roof finished around 2 o'clock. It was rather rewarding to do the work myself, and like Guy said " at least if you mess it up, you are the one that messed it up "! I couldn't agree more and for the money our family saved in doing this project, I can take the hard work and spots of sunburn!
