Happy Four Months Beaner!
Tuesday was Ella's .4 birthday. She is now well on her way from being a toddler. Some highlight from months 3-4.
-Peaches. Ella has a very strong love of peaches. She really likes to eat peaches and even has started to open her mouth at times when she is hungry.
-Cavegirl noises. I think I am to blame for Ella grunting like a cavegirl. I make alot of silly noises when I kiss her and one of them is a bear noise. I think she is trying to imitate the noise but it sounds like a cavegirl.
-Sleeping through the night. This really started right when Megan went to work, but Ella is the champ of sleeping at night. She likes to go to bed around 8 and sleeps at least until 6 the next morning. Its ok fellow parents, you can be jealous.
-Grabbing fingers and Toys. She is still figuring out how her hands and legs work but she is starting to notice things in front of her and has even grabbed a few things in front of her.
So here's to another fun month, I cant wait to see what happens next.

Ella Bean takes on cereal, people run scared!
Ella Grace Keller ate her first spoonful of some delicous rice cereal last night after dinner. I would be a liar if I stated that she loved it, but she did hoss it down in her usual manner. I was pretty excited because both Megan and I had the opportunity to feed her in the same sitting. I am sure it will take some time to adjust to having a textured substance for food, but I am sure I will be showing pictures of her throwing food in no time at all. Anyway I just wanted to keep everyone posted on our exciting new adventure, FOOD!

The start of the football season.
I dont know what it is about sports that holds my attention so much, but I am overjoyed at the start of football season. Looking back I think it may have been that growing up I found so much enjoyment out of playing soccer and baseball that I just became "attached" to sports. I have wished many times that my wife, found the same enjoyment and attachement to sports, but after years of hoping, I have just resigned to the fact that I am a one man army in my house when it comes to sports. As little Ella gets a little older, I hope that she will be my Sunday football buddy, that would really make me overjoyed! So here is to the start of football, and hoping that Buffalo Bills and Green Bay Packers have a good season. I once again look forward to Sunday and watching football!

Happy Graduation Sarah and Megan!
This weekend we had a graduation for Megan and Sarah whom both recieved their Master's degrees in social work from University of Buffalo. After a year and a half of alot of hard work they both can now save the world from the evil society of Republicans and Capitalism! Congrat's to both of them and I am sure they are both excited to pursue new avenues in their respective careers. They can no longer hear the excuse from any prospective employers that they require a masters degree! We had alot of fun and had friends and family in attendance and where glad that everyone could make it. It should also be noted that Sue Keller once again made enough food to feed the Army, but it is great getting a piece of all the leftovers!
It was Ella's first party as well and she had alot of fun. Ella would like to thank everyone for all of the kind words and attention that she recieved! She was especially fond of Arthurs father Rich, although she was a little freaked out about the mother question! Anyway here are some pictures of the day and we cant wait till the holidays for some more parties.

The Downstairs House Project.
As many of you know, Megan and I have been spending alot of extra time that we have finishing the downstairs of our home to make into a family room where we can watch tv and have all of Ella's toys. It is finally starting to come along nicely and we just wanted to thank everyone for the help that they have lent. Thanks to Lisa for helping Megan paint, to John and Irene for all of the furniture and to Paul and Sue for helping with moving all of the furniture, especially the long trip with the couch. Our goal is to have everything finished and complete in the next few weeks, so we will be sure to post some pictures of the completed project. Here are some up to date pictures of the room with the couch in it now.
